In a dynamic and welcoming setting, two coaches specialized in human resources will intervene on the employer's and candidate's side.

The objective: to share communication techniques to facilitate exchanges, to match the needs and expectations of each... to help you put all the chances on your side for successful collaborations.

The Employment Area at your disposal Hall 6

Silmo's employment area consists of two interactive workshops for employers or employees, divided into 4 sessions per day, organized by Acuite.

Another service: employers and employees of stores and manufacturers looking for work will be able to post and consult classified ads in a dedicated area.

Employer workshops on September 24 and 25 at Silmo:

4 sessions per day on Saturday and Sunday Hall 6. Places are limited to a maximum of 10 people per workshop, led by an experienced professional coach and trainer in sales performance and positive leadership. Schedules: from 10:30 to 11:00, from 11:30 to 12:00, from 14:30 to 15:00 and from 15:30 to 16:00.

Workshops employed on September 23, 24, 25 and 26 at Silmo:

4 sessions per day from Friday, September 23 through Monday, September 26 Hall 6. Places are limited to a maximum of 10 people per workshop, led by an optical recruitment expert who has been working with healthcare professionals for many years. Schedules: from 10:30 am to 11:00 am, from 11:30 am to 12:00 pm, from 2:30 pm to 3:00 pm and from 3:30 pm to 4:00 pm.
