Safe and impact-resistant HIR lenses
The HIR lenses of OVIUS KIDS, which have successfully passed a 500g drop test conducted in accordance with the US FDA standard for drop ball test, can protect safely your children’s eyes from any external dangers.

We have developed HIR lenses. They are impact resistant lenses that do not break in a 500g drop test conducted in accordance with the US FDA standard for drop ball test.
Blocking blue light / Super water-repellent coating
OVIUS KIDS blocks ultraviolet rays in direct sunlight and protects children’s eyes from harmful blue light emitted from smartphones and TV screens. In addition, the surface of the lenses are coated with a super water repellent solution so that users can see clearly even on rainy days without water condensation.
A transmission measurement test conducted by KRISS (Korea Research Institute of Standards and Science), which measured a lens with a planar center thickness of 2.0 mm for the transmission rate of visible rays, has confirmed that it blocked 99.75% (almost 100%) at UV410nm which is the wavelength range of blue light.
