SCHNEIDER is the pioneer and the premier manufacturer of freeform equipment worldwide. The innovative machines have also made their way into standard Rx production, leading to higher productivity and quality of virtually all lenses surfaced today.
Ranging from single machines to highly integrated Industry 4.0 lens manufacturing systems, the SCHNEIDER portfolio includes solutions for surfacing, cleaning, coating, and edging as well as lab management software and a broad selection of consumables and tools.
The fully automated spin protection system, SPP Modulo, optimally protects lenses during surfacing utilizing UV-curable liquid protection layers. Problems with wrinkles, bubbles or detaching, commonly known with current taping solutions, are a thing of the past. Ideal preconditions for autoblocking.
HSE Modulo QS
The world’s fastest edger: Meet the first and only edger on the market with four processing stations, setting a new benchmark in industrial edging. Thanks to its unique quattro design featuring two rough cut and two finishing stations, four lenses are processed simultaneously at highest speeds for exceptional throughput. Non-productive times are reduced to a minimum through parallel processing and high speed handling systems. The two sophisticated LMU optical measurement units provide fully automated quality control based on the full lens map. Working blockless is a given.
HSC Modulo XTS
A stroke of genius. Redefining acceleration. With HSC Modulo XTS, SCHNEIDER has accomplished a quantum leap in high-speed cutting, creating the fastest generator in the market. The heart of the machine is the new and extremely powerful XS-motor, redefining acceleration in ophthalmics. The generator’s machine base has been designed to be extra rigid to withstand the extreme forces exerted. Combined with high frequency drive technology, a new milling spindle, and intelligent algorithms, an ingenious generator is formed. A sophisticated swarf management system efficiently keeps the work space clean. The result: The best lens in the shortest time – Full stop.
CCP Modulo ONE
Better quality, drastically higher throughput, lower complexity – CCP Modulo ONE simplifies polishing with a brand-new philosophy. The new spindle design and pad architecture combined with smarter process technology make superior polishing extremely simple. Just a single pad is enough to achieve highest quality results over the full range. Its innovative pad design provides the versatility and durability required for longterm uninterrupted polishing – all-shif t long. Consequently, CCP Modulo ONE works entirely without tool changes, eliminating the risks that come with it. Running all processes simultaneously, the innovative polisher works at unprecedented speed for highest throughput. CCP Modulo ONE comes with full 4.0 intelligence, smart pad wear monitoring for early tear and wear recognition as well as a dedicated cleaning station, cleaning and drying both the lens and the block piece thoroughly. Fast and highly cost-effective, the robust polisher provides labs with an lowest cost per lens!

Lasertech Chemical Machining Group
The merge of two leading companies in chemical etching and laser cutting technologies on metals and other materials brought Lasertech Chemical Machining Group to become the ideal partner for the production of spectacle frames and other components to the eyewear.
Located in the neighborhood of Milan, in Italy, our company is one of the references of the eyewear industry.
With over 30 years' experience in this field, we put our expertise and know-how at our customers' service to design and develop their new projects.
From a plan, or just a sketch, we are able to produce prototypes in a few days.
A wide range of materials and thicknesses, always available in stock, and high dimensional accuracy (very tight tolerances) allow us to provide our customers with products that meet their requirements with short delivery time and very high quality products
Front, temples, metal inserts, displays, hinges and other components for spectacles, we maintain the role of leader in the production of chemical etched parts/pieces (structural or decorative) still working for the most important brands in this market.
With a now consolidated technology, that we like to call hybrid because it combine chemical etching and laser cutting, we are able to integrate our offer, exploiting the advantages of both technologies for complex parts with incomparable quality and utmost precision at competitive prices.
