    Detailed description

The male collection of the House combines the thickness of the acetate with the lightness of the bevels, sculpted in the frame, and bringing light to the eyes. From the new Emmanuelle Khanh men’s wardrobe, the EK 1994 frame reinforces the masculine look with its aviator line and intense tinted glasses. Designed and handmade in France with respect for the authentic lunetier know-how.

      FRANCE

By creating her Maison in Paris in 1969, Emmanuelle Khanh had the vision of a world in motion: the women’s bodies are getting free, fashion is democratized. At the forefront of these changes, the young model and stylist revolutionized women’s ready-to-wear. From 1971, an accessory line was launched, introducing a line of oversize eyewear. Emmanuelle Khanh will impose its own vision of the future.
Today, the label Emmanuelle Khanh has remained independent and defends the ambition to offer a creative, glamour and daring universe, under the Artistic Direction of Eva Gaumé.
Eva perpetuates the aesthetic vision of Madame Khanh and her famous oversized mounts. The glasses are handmade in France, in the Jura, with the same traditional techniques as 50 years ago: this know-how is at the heart of the creation. Solar and optical glasses are oversized or extra-fine, dark or bright, made of acetate or even titanium. They remain the banner of active, emancipated and joyful women; but also of men for whom she conceives a controlled masculine line, where comfort and quality marry perfectly with elegance and strength.
