TYPE has been designed inspiring typo face. Times New Roman has been developed by The Times, newspaper in England in 1932. It is high readability font, shows classic form with interagency. To express this image, such as sharpness, hardness, which designed using material acetate and metal combination.

Oh My Glasses Inc. has established since July 2011, we have commenced as online player at eyewear market in Japan, our e-commerce business has grown one of biggest eyewear e-commerce site in Japan. Our mission is to provide best service to customers wherever they buy, that’s the reason we trying to be Marti Chanel player. As 2nd channel, 1st off-line store has started November 2014 in Tokyo Shibuya, there are 5 stores in Tokyo Metropolitan area as of April 2016, and wholesale business, 3rd channel, has started from June 2013 along with our 1st owned private label “TYPE”, which has debuted January 2013. “Oh My Glasses TOKYO”, our 2nd private label, has started from August 2015,
The reason we have started “Oh My Glasses TOKYO” is to make being happy customers in all over the world through made in Japan quality together with our service mind “OMOTENASI”
We are very proud of being exhibitor in the SILMO, this is 1st time being exhibitor at the SILMO.
As the choice of typeface affects expression in writtern comminication, subtle design differences in eyeglasses frames change the impression of the person who wears them. Our glasses brand, TYPE , was inspired by the similariteis between the function & design of typeface and glasses. Each product was named after the typeface which inspired the frame design.
