In an 80,000mexhibition area, the thousand brands and businesses taking part, which included 120 new companies, welcomed 34,671 professionals, an increase of 5% on 2010. Of these, 56% of visitors were from abroad, a rise of 5% on last year and 44% were French opticians, up by 4.7%....significant figures illustrating the importance of SILMO on the major international trade show circuit and an excellent note on which to launch preparations for next year’s exhibition, scheduled for 4 to 7 October 2012.
